Hayachine Mountain Climbing: Affordable and Safe Plan
A great value plan for the 2026 fiscal year. This is a worry-free plan that includes accommodation and transportation.
Free pick-up and drop-off service from stations around Hanamaki & entire building rental.
We offer satellite phone rentals and will take you to the Odagoshi trailhead!!
We accept visitors every day from the opening of the mountain in June until the gates close.
Mount Hayachine, the second highest mountain in Iwate Prefecture, is a treasure trove of alpine plants, including some that can only be seen here.
I'd love to come here someday!
But I don't have a way to get there.
I'd like to climb it, but I'm a little worried.
I wish there was a place to stay nearby.
- It's a pain having to walk along a concrete path from the Kawara-no-bo parking lot to the Odagoe parking lot.
We'll solve all your problems! We offer free pick-up and drop-off service to and from Hanamaki Station, Shin-Hanamaki Station, and Iwate Hanamaki Airport! We'll also take you to the Odagoshi trailhead, and if you encounter any problems on your way down, we'll come running immediately!
For those on this plan, we will lend you a satellite phone, so if you send us a text message when you're about to get off, we'll pick you up immediately.

What's more, this plan allows you to rent the entire house, so you can relax and enjoy the whole house at your leisure. You can, of course, rent it out even if you're traveling alone. And since it can accommodate up to 6 people, you can enjoy your stay with family or friends.
We have everything you need, including Netflix and retro games, so you can relax and enjoy yourself without any inconvenience.
We provide towels, toothbrushes, yukata (Japanese-style robes), and other amenities, so you don't need to bring much luggage!

If staying overnight beforehand
16:00 Pick-up and check-in
We can pick you up from Hanamaki Station, Shin-Hanamaki Station, Iwate Hanamaki Airport, and Ishidoriya Station. We can accommodate this between 4 PM and 8 PM. If you do not require transportation to and from the station, you are welcome to come directly to the accommodation.

After staying at Hayachine no Yado Rabbit
Depart from the inn between 6:00 and 8:00.
We'll be heading to the Odagoe trailhead in a Hiace van. I'll talk about the history and highlights of Mount Hayachine.
It will take approximately 30 minutes to arrive from the accommodation.
6:30-8:30 Arrive at the trailhead
Upon arrival at the trailhead, we will lend you a satellite phone. If you need assistance on your return trip or encounter any problems, please use this phone.

The climb from the summit to the descent takes 5 to 7 hours.
14:00-16:00 Descending
We will wait for your email from the satellite phone we provided before picking you up at the Odagoshi trailhead.
About an hour by car
Arrival at the station between 15:00 and 17:00
The tour will end at your desired station near Hanamaki.

8:00-10:00 Shuttle service to the station
The tour will end at your desired station near Hanamaki.
